PRIVACY RULES
We both benefit from having a privacy policy because it helps us keep our information safe. You can learn more about how we protect your privacy during and after the work process by reading our privacy policy.
INFORMATION FOR USERS
We may ask for the following information so that we can identify you and work with you without any problems.
- Name, name of the business, and job title.
- Information on how to get in touch, like a website, phone number, or email address.
We need this information to better understand your wants and give you better service, and here are some of the main reasons why:
- Our goods and services might get better with the help of the data.
- We may also use your information to contact you about our services and ask for your opinion.
- We might use the data to make the website more relevant to your interests.
BE SAFE
We'll do everything we can to make sure your data is safe. The information we collect online is secure because we have implemented the right physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. This way, people who aren't meant to see or share it can't.
- Protecting client information while it's being sent is essential to Authors Bloom. They use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect the information that clients enter.
- Authors Bloom protects the personal information clients send us while it's being sent and after we receive it by following generally accepted industry standards. But because there is no 100% safe way to send information over the Internet or store data electronically, we can't promise that your personal information will always be secure, even though we use commercially reasonable measures.
THIRD-PARTY SHARE
- We do not give out any personal information to outsiders.
- Under no circumstances do we give or sell our client's personal information to others.
- You will be billed for services by Authors Bloom through credit card handling companies. These businesses never give out, store, save, or use private data for anything else.
HOW TO USE COOKIES
- Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that help our systems remember which browsers our clients use and which things are in their Shopping Carts when they visit.
- On most computers, the Help section of the toolbar is the most useful part for stopping the browser from accepting new cookies, turning off cookies, and letting the user know when a new cookie arrives.
- Clients usually do not block cookies because they let you use all of our site's best features. Based on our study, it looks like clients leave cookies to be accepted.
- Authors Bloom keeps track of your IP address to help us determine what's wrong with our computer and run our website. People also use your IP address to discover general facts about you, like where you live and what Internet service company you use.
- We may take information from clients about how their users use the site. This information could include data about how people use the site and what they search for. An IP address or details from a log file are not linked to Personally Identifiable information (PII).
- Third parties cannot see information about the browsers people use, the times they reach our site, the URLs they use to get here, or the URLs they view while they are here unless it is combined.
To protect our customers' privacy, we never store any information about them, and we never ask for their credit card information.
WAYS TO KEEP CONSUMER DATA SAFE
We honor your right to privacy. Because of this, we don't give your name and contact information to anyone else. Also, we don't share the information you give us with anyone else. The information you give us is only used to determine what you want and improve our services so they meet your needs. We follow the rules set by PCI and protect customer data.
Please be advised that our company does not allow its employees to get private information from our customers, such as credit card numbers. Because of this, we tell our customers not to give our workers any private or sensitive information. And if you do that, you do it at your own risk; our company is not responsible for any bad use.
For quality delivery, the work you order can be sent to any of our production or service centers worldwide. However, they are also required by an NDA to keep the information about their customers secret.
Policy on pseudonyms
We have a rule that people must use a nickname to make sure of the following:
We use pseudonyms so our customers don't have to go through too much trouble and confusion when given a new account manager. This way, our customers can stay in touch with a single person and easily remember their name.
Also, since our staff comes from different parts of the world and cultures, using a pseudonym helps us show that the group has a single culture.
